This scholarship is for Salute to Excellence Student Delegates.

To be considered for this scholarship, applicant is required to:

• Be student honor delegates confirmed to participate in Salute to Excellence 2006 and U.S. citizens or permanent residents
• Be currently enrolled in college and have completed at least one semester in a restaurant and/or foodservice-related program.
• Have a minimum, cumulative grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
• Have a minimum of 750 hours of work experience in the restaurant and foodservice industry verified by pay stubs or letter(s) from employer(s).
• Submit one to three letter(s) of recommendation (preferably, on letterhead) from a current or previous employer.
