• Steps for Starting and Documenting Completion of a Class
  Utilize this form as a roadmap for running your sessions in a manner that leads to awarding certificates.
• Course Description Form (Form C)
  Please complete and mail/fax to the NRAEF before the course starts.
• Class List Update (Form D)
  Please complete and mail/fax to the NRAEF following the first session.
• Attendance and Homework Log (Form E)
  Keep one log for each participant to help track course completion.
• Course Final Completion and Certificate Orders (Form F)
  • Document completion and forward to the NRAEF.
  • Upon receipt, we will process Certificates of Completion.
  • A fee of $25 per certificate is required.
