As you may already know, the NRAEF Leadership & Management Program is reinforced by three practical levels of learning:
- Online readings and articles - 41 core industry topics available online through the Harvard ManageMentor® PLUS resource
- Applied activities and hands-on exercises - relate techniques back to the restaurant and foodservice industry and your operation
- Group discussion sessions: facilitated to help solidify key concepts - this is where the facilitator comes in!
Your role as a facilitator of this program is integral to supporting discussion sessions and encouraging the application of skills within the operation. A facilitator will lead discussion sessions and take responsibility for organizing the session and leading the discussions.
