The NRAEF's International Food Safety Council has created National Food Safety Education Month illustrations to coincide with this year's theme.

These illustrations can be used by the industry, during the month of September, on fax sheets, menus, promotional materials and other collateral.

Permission is granted for use of the "Be aware when you prepare" illustrations for educational purposes related to National Food Safety Education Month only. Illustrations should not be used in any manner that implies endorsement of products and services.
