    Meeting Objectives:

  • Discuss the science and industry best practices on viruses impacting the restaurant and foodservice industry: Avian Influenza, Hepatitis A and Norovirus among food safety professionals.
  • Provide a forum in which stakeholders can share knowledge and industry best practices for minimizing the incidence of an illness due to foodborne viruses.
  • Obtain a deeper understanding of what viruses are and how they affect the foodservice industry; Gain knowledge to share with employees and co-workers.
  • Gain public health perspective and CDC data on viruses as they relate to food and food handing. Attend educational sessions on the human aspect of control and preventive measures of these viruses.

Registration
Registration for the two-day conference is $225 per person, which includes all meetings, materials, and breakfast and lunch on both days. Dress for all seminar programs is business casual.

Multiple-Attendee Discount
Register at least two attendees from the same company at the regular price of $225 per person and receive a $50 discount for the third and all subsequent registrations. Attendees must all be from the same company.

Cancellations
To cancel, please notify us in writing no later than Wednesday, August 1, 2007 for full credit or refund less a $50 processing fee per registration. After this date, no refunds are given; however, you may send a substitute if you cannot attend.
